Andrew Johnson’s correspondence course also included sample drawings of motor car chassis so his students could practice drawing bodies. Remember, at this point in automotive history, many people were still buying the chassis and mechanical bits from one company and then having custom coachbuilders craft them a body. I’ll be posting some of those drawings from time to time, just to keep things graphically interesting.
