At Greenfield Village’s Old Car Festival, they brought out three replicas of very historic early motor vehicles, the 1885 Daimler Reitwagen made by Gottlieb Daimler and Wilhelm Maybach, the 1886 Benz Patentwagen, and Henry Ford’s 1896 Quadricycle. The Daimler and Benz replicas are owned by the Automotive Hall of Fame and Ford Quadricycle replica is owned by the Henry Ford institutions, where it is usually on display in their recreation of Ford’s original workshop on Detroit’s Bagley Ave.
